This year, the Boys Club of New York hosted Thomas Friedman. Thomas is a three time Pulitzer Prize winner, journalist, author, and currently writes a weekly column for the New York Times. He delivered a terrific speech regarding tech and how it is advancing faster than the human can keep up with. Check out his book "Thank You for Being Late"

Jewelry Shoot with Electric Picks Jewelry

This is a great example of work I rarely am able to do, but love signing myself up for the task! I met MJ Barton, founder of Electric Picks jewelry, out on the scene in New York City a few years back. She was promoting her brand at an event I was photographing. She recently was looking for someone talented enough, that knew what they were doing, to shoot her new Spring/Summer lineup. I quickly jumped on this and got everything ready with her. I do not have a background in shooting jewelry, but have extensive training techniques, and knowledge of photography, why limit myself if I can apply these to clients needs? She was very happy with the outcome and I look forward to doing more work with her in the near future! I always enjoy seeing my photo work published. Here we have Anthony Bourdain and Chef Eric Ripert at their book signing of 32 Yolks: From My Mother's Table to Working the Line. William Sonoma hosted the event at their location in Columbus Circle, Manhattan NY. It was a pleasure photographing these successful and talented guys together!

Swiss Ball 2018 Cipriani 42nd Street

What a great gala! This year the Swiss Society of New York honored the late H.R. Giger. His work was on display at Cipriani during the black tie affair which consisted of his surreal Sci-Fi concept art, acquired by Ridley Scott for his movie ALIEN. His Wife Carmen Giger was present for a Q&A and gave an inspiring speech on her late husbands work, passion for art, and his everlasting humor. Here are some of the moments I captured this past weekend!
